Since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took charge at Manchester United in December, several playershave improved their performance level.

However, Alexis Sanchez is one player who has been unable to showcase his best form under the Norwegian as the forward has struggled since swapping Arsenal for Old Trafford.

The Sun claimed that Solskjaer is ready to allow the former Gunners star leave the club on loan in the summer and a few other reports in England suggested a return to Barcelona on a temporary deal could be on the cards for the Chile international.

Journalist Miguel Rico, writing on the last page of Mundo Deportivo, has a short story on the 30-year-old’s possibility of joining the La Liga winners on a loan transfer. The headline reads ‘Alexis on loan? Nothing at all’.

He once again explains that Sanchez, who is earning €25m per season with the Red Devils, has not adapted to his current club, which is why Manchester United are looking to offload him.

When explaining about the rumoured interest from Barca in Sanchez, Rico claims the answer is ‘categorically no’ from the Spanish club as they have no plans to re-sign the South American.

Sanchez is currently sidelined with an injury and last weekend he was spotted at the Camp Nou watching his former club beat Rayo Vallecano 3-1.
