Mike Trésor hasn’t had regular minutes since joining Burnley from KRC Genk in 2023.

The attacking midfielder played just over 900 minutes in his debut season and has been completely out of the picture since then. He made one appearance last season and played 39 minutes from four matches this season.

Jeunes Footeux in France are reporting Trésor is ‘looking for a way out’ of Burnley in the winter market.

The 26-year-old is looking for a fresh start away from the Clarets, to get his career back on track. Despite his long struggles at the Premier League side, he still manages to attract interest from France.

It’s claimed several Ligue 1 sides are watching the Belgian’s situation closely. OGC Nice could be interested in acquiring the Burnley player’s services.

Jérémy Boga is expected to leave the French club, who can replace him with Trésor. He’ can be an ‘ideal replacement’ for the current Nice player.

As well as Nice, AS Monaco could be in the running to take the attacker away from Scott Parker’s side.

Monaco’s Takumi Minamino will be out long term after suffering a serious injury recently. Recent claims have stated they don’t plan to sign a replacement, but the outlet indicates they are considering signing an attacker.

Jeunes Footeux appear to have found out from their sources that Trésor wants to leave Burnley. Therefore, they are trying to push him towards the two French clubs, more claims will likely follow.
