Oliver Sonne joined Burnley from Danish side Silkeborg IF in January and has played 573 minutes from 10 matches.
The Denmark-born Peru international has been selected for the national team regularly since moving to Burnley.
However, Peru interim manager Manuel Barreto left the Burnley man out of the squad for October’s fixtures.

It’s repoeted the 24-year-old asked the Federación Peruana de Fútbol [FPF] if he could skip this international break in order to concentrate on Burnley.
This season, the right-back has played five matches for Burnley, including two in the EFL Cup. He’s made one appearance since September’s international break, in their cup defeat to Cardiff City.
Scott Parker has left Sonne out of the squad for last four league games. The report states he was hoping to return to the squad against Aston Villa on Sunday after he was left out of Peru’s list.
La República also relay an update provided by journalist Gustavo Peralta. He claims Sonne decided to skip October’s matches after holding talks with the Peruvian FA.
“The FPF’s sports leaders spoke with Oliver Sonne, and it was decided that he would stay with his team, seeking to regain ground. He hopes he can consolidate his position and be ready for the November call-up. He’s undoubtedly in the plans,” he said.
