Burnley, Fulham and Crystal Palace are all in the picture to sign VfL Wolfsburg’s Aster Vranckx in the summer window.

The midfielder was on loan at AC Milan last season, where he made 11 appearances in all competitions. This resulted in the Serie A side deciding against making his stay permanent.

Vranckx has returned to the Bundesliga side and his future there still needs to be defined. According to Faro de Vigo, Burnley, Fulham and Crystal Palace as his suitors, along with Celta Vigo.

The newspaper focuses on the La Liga side’s desire to buy the Belgium international in this window and also mentions the three English clubs.

It’s claimed the problem for Celta is Vranckx’s desire to play in the Premier League next season, where Burnley, Fulham and Crystal Palace are all competing with Rafael Benítez’s side to sign him.

Despite this, the report states Celta are ‘well placed’ in the race as they believe Benítez and Celta advisor Luis Campos would be able to convince the player to pick them over the Premier League trio.

The Belgian has three years left on his deal and Faro de Vigo add he would cost around €9m in this window.
