RC Strasbourg star Habib Diallo is on the radar of Burnley, Brentford, West Ham United and Rennes, according to a report from France.
The striker managed 20 goals and an assist from 37 league games last season. His form seems to have pleased the two London clubs and the Clarets, who have achieved promotion back to the Premier League.
That’s according to L’Equipe, who explain that Burnley, Brentford and West Ham are all ‘thinking’ about him.
Rennes are also in the picture and the report states they could soon make an offer for the 28-year-old. Therefore, the three English clubs would have to act fast, if they wish to get ahead of the Ligue 1 side to secure his services.
It’s further claimed the player ‘dreams of England’ move and this may give the likes of Burnley, Brentford and West Ham an advantage over Rennes. L’Equipe say the Senegal international’s asking price is around €20m.
Diallo’s dream to seal a move to England isn’t new. Three years ago, claims from France had also mentioned about his desire to play in the Premier League.
