Fanatik report Brighton & Hove Albion loanee Florin Andone was left devastated after Galatasaray manager Fatih Terim decided not to include him in his matchday squad to face Fenerbahce last weekend.
Both Andone and Fulham loanee Jean Michael Seri were dropped from the Galatasaray squad due to the foreigner rule in the Super Lig and the Turkish newspaper report the Romanian in particular was very upset about his omission.
It’s reported the 26 year old was told before the game he would start alongside Radamel Falcao for the clash against Fenerbahce but Terim changed his mind at the very last minute and instead included Ryan Donk in his squad.
Fanatik say the Brighton owned player is still hoping he can force his way into Gala’s starting eleven in the next few weeks but it’s looking very unlikely at this stage, especially in the league.
Galatasaray loaned the player for €750K during the last transfer window but Brighton do have the option to recall him in January.
