Dutch outlet Voetbal International today shares some interesting news on the future of Brentford and Burnley target Johan Bakayoko.

According to their report, Borussia Dortmund are now interested in his signing and ‘signed up’ for the chase to get him from PSV.

The outlet recalls that Paris Saint Germain had already tried to sign him, with Brentford and Burnley making attempts as well, and it’s even stated Bees ‘wanted to pay €40m’

Since PSV are expected to make a couple of sales in the summer, Bakayoko should be one of those who’ll leave the club.

There’s just no information on whether Borussia Dortmund will be alone in the race to sign him this time, or if Brentford and Burnley will return for new attempts.

Featuring for PSV this season, the attacker has 11 goals and 14 assists in 43 appearances, and continues to draw interest from other clubs.

As he’s currently valued by Transfermarkt at €40m, we shall see how much PSV will demand to let him go this time.

Brentford and Burnley are likely to find it even more difficult now Borussia Dortmund are involved.
