AS Roma have been quite active in the transfer window this summer and are now considering efforts for Brentford’s Kevin Schade and Nottingham Forest’s Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Corriere dello Sport report the Italian giants are looking for a ‘Mister X’ to improve their attack. Brentford’s Schade is on the list, and he was also linked with a move to AC Milan in the January transfer window.

Nottingham Forest’s Hudson-Odoi joins him on the shortlist, with ASRomaLive having previously spoken of interest from the Giallorossi and Napoli back in April.

Schade scored 11 times in the Premier League last season, assisting twice. Since his current contract at Brentford expires in the summer of 2028, he’s not going to be available on the cheap.

Things may be different for Hudson-Odoi, whose Nottingham Forest contract expires in summer 2026 and there is no renewal in sight.

It may be easier to sign the Tricky Trees star because of a valuation, but Schade had a better 2024/25 season.
