Borussia Dortmund have reached an agreement with Manchester United over a loan deal for Diogo Dalot.
That’s according to Sky Germany journalist Max Bielefeld, who says that there was a ‘breakthrough’ in negotiations.
According to his information, the two clubs have now agreed on loan deal plus an obligation to buy for the Portuguese full-back after the German side made their move for him earlier this week.
However, the deal is not done yet as Manchester United need to sign a replacement before letting Dalot depart.

That is something they are seemingly going to work on in the final four days of the window, with rumours about Kieran Trippier sure to re-emerge as a result.
Sky do not say he is the one they want, to be clear, but he’s been linked all summer, and it’s safe to assume he’s on the list.
They also don’t mention how much the obligation clause will be for Dortmund, although that will be a moot point if Manchester United cannot source a replacement anyway.
