Brazilian outlet UOL has some interesting claims on the future of the Chelsea defender David Luiz today.
The website writes that the player’s agent Giuliano Bertolucci is currently in London taking care of several of his clients, some of them from the Stamford Bridge side.
It’s stated David Luiz’s situation can’t really be solved right now. That’s because the player is waiting for Antonio Conte’s fate to be decided.
The defender’s representatives are currently expecting the manager to leave the club this summer, and that would help him stay.
Meanwhile, the player is taking care of the restaurant he’s opened with agent Kia Joorabchian and other players. He’s even been a host at the place while he doesn’t get a chance to play for Chelsea again.
In case he stays, then a contract renewal would be on the books, since his current deal expires next year and Chelsea wouldn’t risk losing him on a free.
