With Manchester United youngster Isak Hansen-Aarøen not even getting a place on the bench for the match against Wigan Athletic on Monday, we saw some anger from the Norwegian media, with suggestions that he should find a club where he has a place in the first team.
It didn’t take long for rumours to show up, and as Fichajes today writes about Atletico Madrid’s hunt for a player in that position, the 19-year-old is mentioned.
Atletico Madrid are not the only club interested in him, though, as the likes of Ajax and Napoli are two others who ‘do not lose sight’ of his situation at Old Trafford.
Hansen-Aarøen’s contract with Manchester United expires at the end of the season, so he’s seen as a ‘gem’ of a free agent.
We’d like to see how this story develops and if other Spanish outlets back up that information, though, because if the youngster can’t get a chance to be on the bench in a very troubled Red Devils midfield, we wonder how would he win a place in Diego Simeone’s team.
