The Italian media do not expect Fulham to try to buy Fodé Ballo-Touré from AC Milan at the end of the season.
As TuttoMercatoWeb today shares a story on the future of a couple of Rossoneri loanees, they have a few things to say about the 27-year-old.
It’s highlighted that Ballo-Touré has been having a ‘marginal role’ at Fulham since his arrival at the start of the season, and that’s what makes his stay so unlikely.
The outlet writes that it’s ‘utopian’ to think the Whites would spend any money on his purchase.
Since the move, Ballo-Touré only has 212 minutes played for Marco Silva’s side, with seven appearances made. The last time he entered the pitch in a Premier League game was in the final five minutes of a win against Bournemouth in early February.
As his contract with Milan runs until 2025, the Rossoneri should now start thinking of a plan for him. He’s now valued by Transfermarkt at just €3m, but it seems that now even a very low price would draw Fulham’s interest in buying him.
