It’s now time for the Brazilian media to confirm that Carlo Ancelotti is interested in taking Everton star Richarlison to Real Madrid with him.

The report comes from ESPN Brasil journalist João Castelo Branco, who claims the signing has been ‘requested’ by the new Galacticos manager.

Real Madrid are now expected to attend to his wish and work on the transfer, even though it’s made it clear that there’s no agreement between the clubs for now.

One of the journalist’s sources ‘believes’ that with the interest from the Santiago Bernabeu side, Richarlison’s future ‘will be outside of the Premier League’.

In three seasons with the Toffees, Richarlison holds a record of 42 goals and nine assists in 119 appearances, and in the past few summers, he’s been linked to the likes of Barcelona and Manchester United as well.

Now speaking of the authenticity of this report, João Castelo Branco is a ESPN Brasil correspondent in England for many years and a very reliable source.

He’s only involved in transfer business when he really knows what he’s talking about, so this is probably a story which should be taken seriously by Everton fans.
