Leeds United have again been linked with a move for Zulte Waregem defender Bryan Verboom, according to claims in the Belgian media. The Championship side tried to sign the left back in the last summer transfer window and in an offer for the player.

Leeds United were reportedly keen to sign the Belgian defender in the summer, but Zulte Waregem weren’t interested in selling because they didn’t have enough time to bring in a replacement.
However, the Jupiler side have since recalled Brian Hamalainen from Racing Genk, resulting in Verboom watching from the sidelines for most the season. The 24-year-old has started just two games in the league, out of the club’s opening fourteen games.
