‘Three exits, zero signings’ is splashed on the front page of Sport.

Barcelona are aware of interest from elsewhere in several of their players and their idea is to place three of them on the market. So far, they have received ‘firm offers’ for Carles Aleñá and Moussa Wagué.

Real Betis, Granada, Getafe and Celta Vigo, along with Italian clubs, have asked about the midfielder and the Blaugrana’s plan is to allow him go out on a dry loan.

Aleñá and his employer prefer to continue in Spain and he could join Celta, given the good relations between the two clubs.

Wagué has several interesting options and the Catalan club are willing to sanction a loan deal or sell him, provided a buyback option is included.

Ivan Rakitić is the third player who could be sold in January. He is no longer a prominent player this season and due to limited playing time, the 31-year-old believes a transfer in the winter market remains the best solution.

The Croatian has important offers from the Premier League, but his priority is to continue in Spain or join a club in Italy that can fight for the Champions League. Barca are demanding at least €30m to part with him.

Inter Milan are the most interested club, but their chances of signing Rakitic depend on whether or not they qualify for the knockout stages of the Champions League. Juventus have also asked about the player, but are yet to submit a firm offer.

Based on the current situation, Sport states pushing Rakitić out of the club will not be an easy operation for Barcelona.
