After a year’s absence from European competitions, Arsenal are now in a firm position to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
The Gunners plan to relaunch their project next season. To do that, NapoliPiu.com stated Mikel Arteta’s side are looking to sign Napoli’s star duo of Victor Osimhen and Fabián Ruiz.

The Spain international has less than 18 months left on his current deal and has refused to extend his contract with the Serie A side so far.
Fabián will not sign a new deal with Luciano Spalletti’s side and will look to change clubs in the next window. This is according to Corriere dello Sport journalist Antonio Giordano, who adds that Arsenal are among the ex-Real Betis man’s suitors.
“He wants to leave, the club has a duty to sell and whoever wants to buy, they have the right and the duty to believe in it and to come and make a serious offer.
