Arsenal are showing an interest in Besiktas midfielder Tolgay Arslan, claim Fanatik.
Due to his performances in the past two seasons for the Turkish side, Tolgay has caught the attention of other clubs, and Fanatik say Arsenal and Inter Milan are showing interest in the midfielder.
The Turkish newspaper report Besiktas value the 27 year old at €10m, and that Tolgay is keen to continue his career abroad if the right opportunity arrives.
Despite recently signing a five year deal with Besiktas, Tolgay could still be looking to leave the Turkish champions because his chances have recently been limited, due to competition for places at the club.
Arsenal are not short of creative midfielders, but Tolgay could be a steal for €10m in this inflated transfer window. It’s not reported if Arsenal will make a last minute move for the midfielder before tomorrow’s deadline, just that there’s a general interest.
Besiktas signed Tolgay from Hamburg for €350K in the 2014/15 winter transfer window season, and the player has gone on to play 87 games for the club.
