The presence of Arsenal and Manchester United officials at big European games is not a surprise, as they have some of the biggest scouting works in the continent. However, it’s still interesting to see exclusive reports of some of these missions.
This Monday, website Calcio Mercato brings a story saying the Premier League sides will have emissaries watching the match between Ajax and Real Madrid this week.
Club officials are set to be at the Amsterdam Arena to scout the Champions League clash which is happening on Wednesday night.
The website lists a few targets who the clubs should watch, naming Kasper Dolberg, Matthijs de Ligt, Noussair Mazraoui, Donny van de Beek and Hakim Ziyech.
Besides Arsenal and Manchester United, Calcio Mercato says Bayern Munich are also expected to have officials attending the match.
But with a game of such importance, we bet the scouting list will be much longer than that.
