Jakub Kiwior has been a squad player at best for Arsenal since his arrival. The Pole has played four times in the Premier League this season.
Riccardo Calafiori’s arrival has pushed Kiwior further down the Emirates pecking order and with every passing week, an exit from Arsenal seems likelier for the defender.
After he was linked with a move back to Italy, there is now rising interest in the former Spezia defender.
Estadio Deportivo note that the versatile centre-back is seen as a target by Sevilla, who are already seeking replacements for Loic Bade.
Victor Orta, the current sporting director at the Spanish club, has previously tried to sign Kiwior in the summer of 2023 but Arsenal were not keen on making a move go through.
Things have now changed slightly and the Gunners are much more open to letting Kiwior depart.
The feeling in Andalusia is that they will not be able to match Arsenal’s price tag for a permanent transfer and only a loan deal will be a possibility for Sevilla.
It isn’t as if Arsenal are against a permanent sale but they want a high fee and no potential suitor has been able to match that.
