Tuttosport have a rather big article in their Tuesday edition on Jack Wilshere, although some of it is handed over to Liverpool’s Emre Can.
Both midfielders have contracts expiring in the summer, and as the Turin newspaper says, Juventus are ‘always attentive to free agent signings’.
Efforts to secure Can continue, and whilst there’s still confidence at Juve the Liverpool player can be signed, there’s some frustration and worry he hasn’t yet committed.
Can has been said to not want to annoy Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp by signing with someone else in advance, and therefore potentially cutting down his involvement ahead of the World Cup.
Tuttosport believe Wilshere has ‘returned to shine’ at Arsenal following his loan move to Bournemouth last season.
Whilst a renewal with the Gunners remains very possible, it’s claimed Wilshere ‘intends to seek glory elsewhere’.
At this stage it’s not neccesarily a choice between Wilshere and Can for Juventus, but the Serie A champions want to position themselves well on both potential moves.
AC Milan are stated as another club interested in the Arsenal midfielder.
