El Chadaille Bitshiabu joined Paris Saint-Germain’s academy from Boulogne-Billancourt in 2017. His emergence over the years has caught the attention of clubs across Europe, including Arsenal.
PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino allowed the 16-year-old to train with the senior team and included him in the squad for the Champions League clash against Club Brugge last September.
However, the defender had to wait until last month to make his first team debut, when he came off the bench in PSG’s 3-0 win over Angers. He has now ended up in the sights of Arsenal.
Bayern Munich and Red Bull Salzburg are keeping tabs on the France U18 international. Téléfoot journalist Julien Maynard took to Twitter on Sunday to report these two clubs are joined by Mikel Arteta’s side.
#Mercato

Bitshiabu’s contract with the Paris club lasts until 2024. Despite interest shown by the north London club and others, Maynard says PSG are ‘closing the door’, likely on the teenager’s potential exit in the next window.
