Now that Fluminense are Copa Libertadores champions, it’s time for the clubs who’d been chasing André to make their moves.

Globo Esporte today brings a fresh story claiming that Arsenal, Fulham and Liverpool are interested in his signing.

The big boost here is that Fluminense and André have an agreement for him to leave at the end of the year, so they shall now wait for the offers.

It’s said Liverpool already had a €30m bid turned down in the summer. Not only the Reds, but also Arsenal and Fulham, sent scouts for the Copa Libertadores final on Saturday.

According to the story, André’s performance against Boca Juniors was praised by representatives. That’s why Fluminense now expect that an offer worth over €35m will arrive in January.

It’s not clear whether it’s Arsenal, Fulham or Liverpool who’s most keen on making that kind of investment in the player. The midfielder has recently made his debut for Brazil, so we wouldn’t be surprised to see more clubs joining that race as well.

Such a scenario can only be positive for Fluminense and their chances of getting the level of transfer fee they desire.
