Arsenal have been linked with a host of strikers over the past few months.
The Gunners lack an out-and-out centre-forward in the side, especially after Gabriel Jesus’ injury, and it makes sense for them to move for a striker.
TuttoSport report Arsenal are looking at multiple strikers in Serie A to bolster their attack.
Mikel Arteta’s side are interested in Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martinez and TuttoSport back up what the UK media had reported last week that interest. The newspaper also states that Arsenal are ‘evaluating’ a potential move for the Argentine’s strike partner Marcus Thuram.
The Frenchman has a release clause of €85m in his current deal and that would have to be triggered for the London giants to land him.
The indication from the report is that Tottenham and Manchester United are also keeping an eye on both the players, and Arsenal also see Fiorentina’s Moise Kean as a potential option if they fail to land either Thuram or Martinez.
The France international has impressed this season, scoring 14 goals in all competitions and assisting eight times.
