Arsenal, Manchester City and Real Madrid are in the picture to sign Eintracht Frankfurt’s Nathaniel Brown, according to Bild.
The left-back has played 41 matches for Eintracht Frankfurt since joining them in January 2024. He managed four goals and nine assists from 41 matches, of which a goal and two assists come from eight matches this season.
His impressive performances were rewarded with a first call up from Germany earlier this month. The left-back made his national team debut against Luxembourg last week.
Bild report he dreams of making it to the next World Cup, and that there’s interest from top clubs.
This is when Arsenal, Manchester City and Real Madrid are mentioned. It’s claimed the Premier League duo and Los Blancos have the 22-year-old in their target list.
Brown’s high football intelligence and tremendous pace, which Bild say is ‘rarely seen’ in a left-back in the top division, make him attractive for Arsenal, Manchester City and Real Madrid. They point out he has also improved his defensive attributes.
The fullback’s contract runs until 2030 and his immediate focus is at Eintracht Frankfurt. He’s expected to stay until the end of the season.
If there’s a transfer, Bild report Brown is expected to help Eintracht Frankfurt raise up to €60m.
Manchester City signed left-back Rayan Aït-Nouri in June. It’s unclear whether they or Arsenal are willing to spend €60m to sign Brown next summer.
