For a couple of weeks the media closest to Como 1907 have been reporting the likely exit of Amrit Bansal-McNulty.

Loaned from Queens Park Rangers for the current season, the midfielder hasn’t had much success with the Serie C-A side.

The 20-year-old made his professional debut on October 3rd, getting 29 minutes against US Pistoiese, and he then played again on the 22nd of the same month, getting 55 minutes against Pergolettese.

Bansal-McNulty would have to wait until December 20th for his next match, being given 64 minutes against Grosseto. He hasn’t played since, so has managed just 148 minutes over the course of the season.

That’s not great for the QPR youngster’s development and he’s now expected to return to the Championship club in the current window. La Provincia di Como report the QPR loanee didn’t return to Como after the Christmas break, and now his recall to the English side is just an announcement away.

QPR will then have a decision to make over what to do with the player for the rest of the current campaign.
