Àlex Moreno moved from Real Betis to Aston Villa in January 2023, but two years later he finds himself on loan at Nottingham Forest.
Last season the 31-year-old picked up a decent number of minutes for Aston Villa, dropping out of the picture a little at the end of the campaign. Unai Emery and Monchi allowed him to join Nottingham Forest on loan, and he’s had 14 appearances there so far, but started to drop out of the picture in December.
Estadio Deportivo are covering interest from Real Betis and a potential return to the Seville club, and it’s claimed Moreno ‘would be delighted’ if that were to happen.
Real Betis were keen in the summer and are keen once again, and it’s explained they’d have the preference of the player if he gets to make a choice this month.
There’s nothing advanced yet, but Moreno is certainly a consideration for Real Betis and it very much sounds like he’d be up for the move this month.
