After so many years talking about Paul Pogba’s potential return to Juventus, the Italian media feels like this move could finally happen in a few months, and that’s a good reason why they now have stories on his situation nearly every day.

It’s now Tuttosport who features an update claiming there’s ‘an air of farewell’ between the player and Manchester United, as his contract with the club expires in four months.

It’s pointed out that Juventus had an official at the match between Atletico Madrid and the Red Devils this week, but that had nothing to do with Pogba, whose quality is well known by the Old Lady, as well as their wish to bring him back.

The Serie A giants are said to be ‘sitting at the window’ to see the demands made by the midfielder in case he decides to leave Old Trafford, because he currently makes €13m per year, and the Italian club have ‘absolutely’ no conditions to afford that.

The good news for Juventus is that despite the heavy competition from Paris Saint Germain and Real Madrid, those clubs can’t afford a huge salary either, as they’re also financially recovering from the tough couple of years that have just passed.

It’s said it would be a ‘triumph’ for the Bianconeri in case Paul Pogba cuts his salary in half to rejoin the club. Once again it’s said he remains in ‘daily contact’ with friends at the Turin side, and now must make this ‘extraordinary effort’ to accept their conditions.
