According to a claim in the Turkish media Galatasaray are showing an interest in Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Mario Lemina.

The Turkish champions are expected to be busy during the summer transfer window and have been linked with a number of players in recent weeks.

A Spor have reported on the latest targets for Galatasaray and they say Lemina is an option. The Wolves player is said to be keen on a return to Istanbul and he’s reportedly told his former club ‘Agree with the club, I will come’.

It’s also claimed Galatasaray are expected to come in with a bid for the Gabon international and they are prepared to offer €4m. There have also been reports today Gala are also interested in Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka and have already made a €10m offer.

The lure of Champions League football next season may be factor in the 30-year old’s decision to re-sign for Galatasaray, following his loan spell during the 2019/20 season.

Lemina made 39 appearances for Wolves last season and is contracted to the club until June 2025.
