According to a claim in the Italian media, Inter Milan have held a meeting today to discuss the possible signing of Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko and Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi.

The two Premier League players have been linked with Inter Milan in recent days, and could be set for moves to Serie A before the deadline.

TMW report intermediary Paolo Busardò has held talks this morning with Inter Milan over the possible signing of the Tottenham and Arsenal players.

It’s reported there’s some distance between the parties involved in the potential Inter signings, and further meetings will have to be held.

Sissoko looks surplus to requirements at Tottenham, with recent reports he was set for a move to Turkey. The France international doesn’t seem to be in the core plans of Mauricio Pochettino, and could leave Tottenham before the window closes.

Mustafi was an unused substitute during Arsenal’s defeat to Liverpool on Sunday, and despite it seeming a potentially strange sale, Arsene Wenger made no attempt to kill the rumour when given the chance last week.

It’s worth pointing out the agent involved represents neither player, and it would appear he’s trying to build potential deals to then present to Tottenham and Arsenal.
