Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis makes it to the headline of several Italian websites today, as there’s apparently a chance he could be taking a role at AC Milan soon.

The local press has been covering the subject for a while, and in an interview with newspaper La Stampa this Wednesday, club president Paolo Scaroni has given a few leads about it.

Website Calcio Mercato claims that the official didn’t confirm Gazidis’ arrival, but still suggested there are some contractual details that should be sorted with Arsenal first.

Gazidis would have the job of a CEO at the Italian club, which has been vancant since the restructuring at the club’s board earlier this summer.

President Scaroni took charge of the club in July, and soon appointed the former club player Leonardo as the sporting director. Now by going after Gazidis, the Rossoneri show they want a strong team to go back to its glories.
