On March 14th, Bild reported Liverpool are ‘hot’ for Eintracht Frankfurt’s Omar Marmoush.

The Egypt international has excelled in his debut season at the Bundesliga side, scoring 15 goals and registering six assists from 33 games so far. It’s no surprise the Reds and other clubs have taken notice of his fine form.

This week’s edition of SportBild states Liverpool are one of the clubs that have included the striker in their target list for the next window.

The 25-year-old’s deal lasts until 2027 and following his fine displays, the report states he could leave Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer, a year after joining them from VfL Wolfsburg. This was also suggested by his agent earlier this month.

SportBild claim the attacker doesn’t have a release clause and has strengths that the likes of Liverpool are looking for.

At the Bundesliga side, it’s assumed that the Merseyside club, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle would submit offers between €50m and €60m for the Egyptian.

It’s claimed Marmoush dreams of making a switch to the Premier League and there could be a prospect for him to succeed his compatriot, Mohamed Salah, at Anfield.

The report adds Eintracht Frankfurt would be willing to talk about a sale if there’s an offer and if Marmoush is ready for a transfer.
