Mousa Dembele’s contract at Tottenham Hotspur runs down at the end of next season and he’s been linked with a move away from the Premier League club.
The midfielder’s agent, Tom De Mul has already revealed his client will isn’t in a rush to sign a new contract with the north London club.
De Mul also confirmed interest from European outfits and also from clubs outside the continent to secure the 30-year-old’s services. According to Belgian newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws, Juventus are now looking at the option of landing the player this summer.
The Serie A winners have already approached Dembele’s entourage to talk about a possibility of a move to Turin, and a meeting with Tottenham is also planned.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side are asking for €30m to part ways with the player, which HLN believe ‘seems too high’. There’s a suggestion the talks may therefore be ‘heated’ which the two sides far apart on valuation.
The same report also claims Juventus’ league rivals Inter Milan are also closely monitoring Dembele’s situation at Tottenham. In Italy, it’s Inter who have been much more linked, but they can’t move strongly right now because of their financial issues.
