Having seen two bids turned down by Marseille for makeshift right-back Bouna Sarr, it seems like Leicester City are ready to move onto other targets before the end of the transfer window.
According to France Football on Monday, the Foxes and Claude Puel have ticked the name of Monaco’s Almamy Touré as a potential alternative to the Guinean.
Always seen as the successor to Djibril Sidibé were the France international to leave, Touré has played second fiddle for a lot of the current season, and the 21-year-old is now ready for more first-team football.
It remains to be seen whether the principality club actually have any intention of selling the youngster, as there’s every chance some of the bigger sides in Europe could target Sidibé in the summer.
Certainly one to keep an eye on.
