Nordin Amrabat has been linked with a move to Hull City at multiple points throughout his very varied career. Now at the ripe old age of 37, he’s ready for his second experience in English football, having played for Watford from 2016 to 2018.

His latest experience has been in Greece with AEK Athens, who are the 10th club of his senior career.

The Hull City claims are coming from Soccer News in the Netherlands, who say the information has been directly given to them by sources.

They report the winger is ‘likely’ to sign for Hull City and after previous links which turned into nothing, it’s claimed that  ‘now it seems like it will actually happen’.

Amrabat and AEK Athens terminated their relationship a few days ago and the initial plan was to return to Dutch football. Now it’s said he’s in ‘advanced negotiations’ to join Hull City as soon as possible so he can aid the Tigers with their battle against relegation from the Championship.

There’s no indication regarding what type of contract he’d be signing, but given his age it’d surely only be until the summer.
