Timothy Castagne has been a regular part of Marco Silva’s Fulham side this season.

The Belgian has appeared 11 times in the Premier League and has played every minute of the past five games as well.

The wing-back’s future at Fulham might be uncertain and there is a lingering possibility of him returning to the Serie A.

RomaForever today report that AS Roma have identified the 29-year-old as a target for January and have liked what they’ve seen from the ex-Atalanta player in recent weeks. The Roman giants are keen on making sure they bolster the right side of their backline and Castagne is seen as a player who can do that.

Roma sporting director Florent Ghisolfi is currently said to be ‘evaluating the feasibility’ of a move with Fulham and there is belief that the fullback’s current valuation is around €15m.

The Giallorossi do not want to spend a massive amount on the player. Therefore, the next step will be to speak to the player and assess his willingness for a January transfer.

The Belgium international arrived at Fulham from Leicester City in the summer of 2023 and his current deal at Craven Cottage runs out in the summer of 2027.
