Fanatik claim Fenerbahçe are chasing Leicester City duo Jamie Vardy and Ahmed Musa ahead of next season. Although the former will be seen as an unrealistic target, Musa is the player the Turkish club could land.

The Turkish giants are reportedly considering signing a striker in the next window because their new manager Aykut Kocaman believes quick forwards could help his team’s counter attacking style of play.

Musa has been a disappointing signing for Leicester City since his arrival from CSKA Moscow last summer, and a loan move to Turkey could be an option for the 24 year old Nigeria international.

Fenerbahçe’s current three forwards; Robin van Persie, Emanuel Emenike and Jose Fernandao are all free to leave the club if the right offer comes in, and the Turkish side are looking to replace these players by signing Leicester City pair Vardy and Musa.

It’s safe to say Fenerbahçe couldn’t afford Vardy’s wage demands, but Musa seems to be a more realistic option.
