Just a couple of days ago, we covered claims from Turkey which explained Philip Billing was being considered as an alternative choice by Trabzonspor.

The Super Lig club didn’t have the Bournemouth player as their first choice midfield target, but were instead considering moving to him if they couldn’t secure a deal to get Corentin Tolisso from Lyon this month.

Now a rather more attractive move has turned up for the Bournemouth midfielder and it looks like it could already be agreed.

On Thursday afternoon, Gianluca Di Marzio reports Napoli have reached an agreement with Bournemouth for Billing’s transfer.

The 28-year-old Danish international will initially be moving to the Serie A club on a loan deal, with the chance to turn that into a permanent transfer at the end of the season.

Di Marzio report Napoli have secured a loan with a buying option which stands at €9-10m, and they’ll consider that to be a good deal especially given it’s an option and not an obligation.
