Brighton & Hove Albion’s Julio Enciso has seen his game time limited this season, with 84 minutes from seven league games. The midfielder has also started three EFL Cup matches for the Seagulls.
The Paraguay international hasn’t made an appearance in the league since coming off the bench against Wolverhampton Wanderers in October.
Fabian Hürzeler left the Brighton player on the bench for the next four matches before leaving him out of the squad for last two league games.
Paraguay’s Versus have a report on the 20-year-old and their title says there’s an ‘inevitable exit’ for him in the winter market.
The manager’s decision to omit Enciso from the squad for the second consecutive game is leading to his exit. The report makes it clear that Brighton have no plans to sell him in the next window.
Enciso and the Premier League side could look for a solution that allows him to go out on loan to a club in England, Spain or Portugal.
Another Paraguayan outlet, Popular, also claims the South American could leave Brighton on a dry loan deal in January. They add FC Porto are showing interest while Enciso could also have options to join clubs in Spain and England.
The two reports indicate Enciso wants to leave and Brighton are refusing to sell but could allow him to go out on a temporary deal to get regular game time.
