IF Elfsborg’s Terry Yegbe has ended up on the radar of Crystal Palace, Fulham and Sheffield United.

That’s according to Fotbolldirekt, who state Crystal Palace, Fulham, Sheffield United and other clubs are showing ‘great interest’ in the defender.

The 23-year-old arrived at the Swedish club from Finnish side SJK in January and has been a regular when available for selection.

Yegbe made 35 appearances in all competitions this year and the outlet claims he’s been a ‘sensation’ for his club. This has caught the attention of clubs in England, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Belgium.

From England, Crystal Palace, Fulham and Sheffield United are mentioned. They join SC Freiburg, Union Berlin and other unnamed clubs in the chase for the centre-back.

The Ghana U23 international is not in a rush to change clubs and seems to be aiming for a transfer in the summer. The report adds there could be a transfer in the winter market, considering the ‘great interest’ shown by his suitors.

Elfsborg are looking for a club-record fee to sell the player. Their current record is at €3.5m, from Emir Bajrami’s sale to FC Twente in 2010. Fotbolldirekt claim the interested parties may need €5m to sign Yegbe in the next window.

There’s no mention whether Crystal Palace, Fulham or Sheffield United are willing to meet Elfsborg’s demands.
