Bournemouth pair Romain Faivre and Hamed Traore impressed at the weekend after finding the net for their French loan clubs.

This summer Faivre was loaned out to Brest whilst Traore headed to Auxerre on a temporary basis until the end of the season, as both players look to get game time.

Favire signed for Bournemouth in the 2023 summer transfer window, but after making just six appearances in the first half of that season he was loaned out to Lorient for six months.

During the last window he joined Brest on a season long loan deal, making his debut in the Champions League last week against Strum Graz.

Since arriving in Brittany, the Bournemouth owned midfielder has been getting games and he repaid the faith they’ve shown by scoring in Brest’s 2-0 victory over Toulouse on Sunday.

Traore was also on target in Auxerre’s 3-2 defeat to Montpellier at the weekend and like Favire he has been getting games for the Ligue 1 side. The 24 year old started the season with the Cherries, and was an unused substitute in their 1-1 draw against Nottingham Forest.

Both players are contracted until June 2028.
