Nottingham Forest and Everton are keen on signing Barcelona’s Vitor Roque this summer.

That’s according to Monday’s edition of Marca, who state several clubs have asked the La Liga side about the 19-year-old, including Nottingham Forest and Everton.

The striker joined the Catalan club in January and managed two goals from 353 minutes of action from 16 games.

Marca say the Brazil international hasn’t been convincing and they have decided to let him leave in this window.

Barca have communicated this to his agent, André Cury, and father, during the meeting last week. They are willing to sanction a loan move or a permanent transfer, if there’s an offer of €30m.

When discussing Roque’s interested parties, Nottingham Forest, Everton, Girona, FC Porto and Real Sociedad are mentioned and these clubs could ‘make definitive offers’ to Flick’s side.

Barcelona’s intention is to find an agreement for his transfer before the start of the first game of the new season against Valencia on August 17th.

At this moment in time, Barca haven’t registered the South American for next season, so his exit wouldn’t help them to reduce the wage bill. This is another reason that makes it vital for them to offload him, either on loan or a permanent transfer.
