Wolverhampton Wanderers and Boulaye Dia is a saga which has become well-known for some time now. There has been talk of some West Ham interest in the player, but it seems there’s nothing concrete from the Hammers.

Corriere dello Sport had recently reported on West Ham making an offer for Dia, but a latest report from SalernoNotizie has given a different perspective to the story.

The Salernitana-focused outlet state that no offer has been made by West Ham, although the player remains keen on a move to England.

He has reiterated his desire to move to the Premier League and in the meantime, Salernitana director of football Gianluca Petrachi has tried to draw offers from England using intermediaries.

Dia is now ‘waiting’ for a move to England but offers from Premier League clubs are lacking.

Salernitana are said to be working on exits and those sales will help them sign more players. Dia long standing desire to move to England continues, but without the addition of a West Ham offer.
