The Brazilian media today reveals that Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are both making moves to sign Rodrigo Muniz from Fulham.

It’s said that Tottenham and Chelsea have both made approaches to learn more about Muniz’s situation at Fulham. That probably involves trying to find out what the cost would be.
