Sevilla are likely to be one of the sides showing interest in Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Fabio Silva this summer, with a belief he is ‘now willing to come’.
That’s according to La Colina de Nervión, who say the striker has ‘returned to the scene’ for the Spanish side after a recent claim he’s interested in a move to Spain or Italy this summer.
They explain that Victor Orta continues to monitor a large number of players in the market, specifically looking for those who will cost little, can be loaned or young players who can be sold at a profit down the line.
He was a target last summer but ended up staying at Wolves before eventually ending up on loan at Rangers in the January transfer window.
Silva has not quite managed to shine at Ibrox and a report this week indicated his next move away from Wolves could take him to Spain or Italy.
That’s been noted by Sevilla, who made him one of their priorities last summer and now could be handed their chance at a second shot.
The belief is that his apparent willingness to move to Spain means his name ‘returns to the scene’ for the Spanish side and that he ‘will be talked about again’ this summer as a result.
They’d have to work out a deal with Wolves, who will sit with the player and decide his future in the coming weeks, but it’s a situation to keep an eye on as it seems he’s destined for another departure from Molineux.
