The Italian media today shares some interesting news on the future of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
As reported by TuttoMercatoWeb, the midfielder has a new agent, and is now represented by Luca Puccinelli from USG Italy.
The outlet highlights that Hojbjerg’s decision could pretty much represent his wish to move to leave Tottenham for a Serie A club in the next transfer window.
That isn’t the only possibility for the 28-year-old, though, with TMW pointing out that Atlético Madrid, who had been previously interested in him, could be back in working for his signing.
The Colchoneros are said to be ‘studying the situation’ for now, while the likes of AC Milan and Napoli would like to bring him to Serie A.
Hojbjerg’s contract with Tottenham runs until 2025, meaning that this is a very important time to decide whether to stay with Spurs or go somewhere else.
He’s valued by Transfermarkt at €28m, and that might be the last chance the London side have to make a decent amount of money with his sale.
The midfielder has 28 appearances for the club this season, but with those often seeing him coming off the bench, there’s a strong chance he has desires of elsewhere.
