Outlet Fiorentina News today features a piece claiming that despite his success with the Moroccan national team, the player lives a ‘completely different story’ at Old Trafford.

Amrabat is still to guarantee himself a starting place at Manchester United so far, and the report claims that among the ‘multiple factors’ causing his inability to show his peak performance just yet, there’s a ‘psychological’ issue.

The Red Devils do have a purchase option in his loan from Fiorentina, but the report claims it’s actually ‘very probable’ that Amrabat will leave Erik ten Hag’s side at the end of the spell.

The Serie A side are said to be watching the situation, but not thinking of a potential return, as the midfielder is more likely to be ‘moving again to another club’.

It does feel a little early to say that, as we’re not even in the middle of the season yet.

However, it’s also a fact that Amrabat only has 10 appearances for Manchester United so far, and it makes sense that Fiorentina are starting to worry about him not being bought.
