Barcelona’s Ansu Fati has an option to join Tottenham Hotspur, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The 20-year-old has been reduced to a substitute’s role this season and is considering leaving the Camp Nou.
It’s said the forward hasn’t made a concrete decision yet but his father has asked his agent, Jorge Mendes, to compile the offers he has received so far.
Fati, after reviewing all the options, will decide before Friday if he wants to leave Barca.
Tottenham are among the ‘firm options’ available for the Spain international to leave the La Liga side. Along with Spurs, Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund are also in the picture.
Mundo say the agent will get to work in the next few hours to find a club that will please everyone, including Barca, who are only willing to allow Fati leave on a loan deal.
It’s claimed Fati is willing to listen to offers from Tottenham and the Blues, who have taken an interest to sign him.
They say Fati’s ‘exit is getting closer’ and ‘there is 75% chance that the player will leave’ the Catalan club before the window closes on Friday.
COPE add Wednesday could be a ‘decisive day’.
