Ivan Fresneda’s agents are in London today for meetings regarding his future, with Crystal Palace and West Ham United ‘very interested’ in the defender.
That’s according to AS, who cover the situation around the highly rated youngster today as he continues to be linked with a move away from Real Valladolid.
Fresneda is one of the hottest rated prospects in Europe and has been linked with numerous clubs for the best part of the year as he eyes the next step in his career.
Various clubs, including some of the biggest in Europe, have explored the possibility of a deal but nothing has become concrete at this moment in time.
AS say his agents are working to change that, though, and relay information from Radio Marca that Crystal Palace and West Ham are ‘very interested’ in the defender this summer.
They then add their own information to the mix, reporting that they have learned there will be a new meeting in London today between the relevant parties.
According to the newspaper, the player’s agents are holding ‘a round of meetings’ ahead of the final stretch of the transfer window before assessing their options.
They were left disappointed that the chance to join Barcelona has fallen through but that has ‘hastened’ the need to find another destination and that could be either Crystal Palace or West Ham if their meetings go well today.
