With Bayern Munich struggling to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur, it’s now at the stage where the saga could impact Chelsea in the transfer market.
As widely reported throughout the past week, the Blues have been in talks with Juventus for a deal involving Dusan Vlahovic and Romelu Lukaku.
Now with Bayern Munich having another offer for Kane rejected by Tottenham, they could go after the Serbian striker, and Tuttosport comes up to give their view on this situation.
Juventus are still to find a deal with Chelsea for Lukaku, and everything indicates that in case Bayern actually come for the Serbian, then the chances of a swap have a significant drop. Especially because the main issue between the Blues and the Old Lady is regarding his price.
Bayern had been ready to spend over around €100m in Kane, and it’s known they have more than enough money to meet Vlahovic’s valuation.
Bianconeri director Cristiano Giuntoli is said to be in intense talks to unblock the deal ‘in these hours’. It seems that one way or another, Tottenham’s stance on Kane will have a big impact on how easy or difficult Chelsea will have it.
They may ended up without Vlahovic, and further complications with Lukaku.
