The website claims Antonio Conte is planning his signings for the next transfer window and has put Griezmann on top of his list.
TMW says the deal could start being negotiated in the next few weeks, and the Blues will put pressure on for the deal to happen.
Earlier this month, Griezmann said he’s staying at Atletico Madrid as he feels happy there and would have no reason why to make a move. But that’s not made much difference, and the list of interested sides is quite big. In England, Manchester United would be Chelsea’s biggest opponents.
It’s natural for Chelsea to be dragged into it, it adds to the drama. Sooner or later Diego Costa will be rumoured to be part of a possible deal.
